All Saints Planning Study

In 2018 the RJH team undertook and Planning Study for the redevelopment of this 1.1ha site located next to a future transit stop in Ottawa. Development Concept Plans included a residential yield analysis for market rate and Affordable Housing, as well as church worship and multi-purpose spaces, a private school, parking, and an urban park with gathering spaces and a feature water fountain. The scheme includes four rental apartment buildings, 1,300 dwelling units, 63,000 sq.ft. of church and educational uses, and 91 above ground parking spaces. An underground parking layout (310 spaces per floor) was prepared to assist clients in defining their highest and best development option while meeting market demand for parking. Preliminary Design included Graphic Representations, Massing Studies and Architectural Renderings.
