Ottawa's Low-Rise Urban Design Guidelines

The City of Ottawa contracted the RJH team to develop 3D modeled diagrams for use in the City’s new Urban Design Guidelines for Low-Rise Infill Housing. This work involved consultation with municipal members on desired outcomes for 3D modeled diagrams using a variety of elements, and the culmination of 20 different diagrams used in the final version of the City's guidelines.
